The lobby fireplace was a nice touch, and there was plenty of space to walk our dog. It's very dog friendly. The staff were wonderful, accommodating, professional, and friendly. They also have a good breakfast buffet, with a pleasant eating area, tables, chairs, and windows overlooking the view. None of the hotels we stayed in on the drive up from Florida offered that. Highly recommend!

The room was spotless, the bed was really comfortable, and I slept great. Breakfast was very good too. Sean was funny and friendly and made me feel at home, while Justine was so kind and pleasant. I had a wonderful stay at the Quality Inn in the Oneonta-Cooperstown area. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and I'll definitely come back when I'm nearby.

The parking lot is huge, with designated spaces for RVs and semis. Breakfast comes with the stay, it's pretty standard, but they usually refill it quickly. The hotel is a little older, though clean, with lots of amenities and close to everything you might need. Staff are friendly and helpful, and whenever we've had an issue they've sorted it out right away.

Rooms are nice, the place is reasonably clean, and all the staff were really friendly. For the money, it's decent. Breakfast is basic and not great quality, but it does the job.

2/10
The location is convenient for travel, but that's the only plus for me. When I walked into the room, it smelled musty, like stale air, and there were sewer flies in the bathroom. A big stain on the mattress showed through the bottom sheet. The old AC blew warm air, the fridge was barely cold and noisy, and the cheap vending machines only accepted bills. The so-called free breakfast was cold, including the coffee. I wouldn't stay here again and would tell others to avoid it.
