We enjoyed our night here. The rooms were clean and nice, the beds were really comfortable and a good size, and our queen room reservation got us two queen beds. At other BW locations, I've booked queen beds and been given doubles instead. The bathrooms are spacious, with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, and lotion. We called the front desk to ask for a late checkout, and they accommodated us, so we're leaving at noon instead of 11. BW has a hot breakfast, with the menu posted outside the breakfast room. You tell the staff what you want and they plate it for you. Bagels near the drinks are self serve, and the room can seat about 30 to 40 people comfortably. There's also a computer and printer available in the office.

I was there for a convention and had booked ahead because I've always been a Best Western fan. That changed after this stay. On our second day, we found a bed bug crawling along the edge of the bed. We saved it as proof and told housekeeping on the way to the front desk. They said this had been an issue before, but when it was brought up, it didn't seem to be taken seriously. Reading other reviews later, I saw people say concerns like this were brushed off with “this hasn't happened before.” I was checking out that day, thankfully, and we told the front desk. They gave us the property manager's email. The response was just wrong: they asked if 4000 points was “acceptable” after I'd made clear it wasn't, then seemed to say take it or leave it. I attached pictures of the bug and the email exchange. I definitely don't recommend this place. The front desk, breakfast room staff, and housekeeping were very sweet, which makes it sadder. Stay at your own risk. Having to thoroughly disinfect all our clothes when we got home was a fun addition to an already exhausting weekend.

Our flight was canceled in the middle of the night because of the weather, and the staff helped us book a room right away. They even had an airport shuttle. We felt safe and comfortable, and the front desk was very attentive. The room was spotless. Thanks for the warm welcome and great stay!

All right, family. The breakfast is excellent, and they have a shuttle to the convention center. If you're looking for somewhere to stay in Ontario near the airport, you might want to try the Best Western. Service is pretty good.

The shuttle was quick to pick us up at the hotel, and the drivers were friendly and very helpful. They even offered us a ride to and from our car rental place. The room was clean and comfortable, though there was some noise from outside and upstairs. If you're sensitive to noise, I'd ask for an upstairs room. Breakfast was good but nothing fancy. All in all, good value for the price.
