We had our children with us and didn't feel safe staying there. We booked through Expedia and arrived Friday night to find the office dark and closed. The hotel looked abandoned, with only a few people we thought were drug users walking around. They refused to refund our money and claimed they were always full on game weekends, which seemed blatantly untrue: there were just two cars in the lot. All I wanted was a refund because we couldn't stay for safety reasons, and they wouldn't give it. They also lied about the hotel's condition. One of the worst hotels and staff I've seen. Don't stay here. It isn't safe.

I paid $150 because there was a big game in town, barely slept, then left as soon as I could. I slept in my clothes and later washed them and everything else I'd brought into the room. It's the worst hotel I've stayed at in America, and the place needs to be torn down. Expedia should be ashamed. Any positive reviews must be fake, by the way. The owner/manager was nice, though.

My daughter arrived to check in for her October 11-12, 2025 reservation and a man sitting in the lobby followed her out to my car, kept bothering her, and told her where her room was. He then followed her back into the hotel. He didn't work there. As a young woman, she was worried about her safety and left instead of staying. She told management why, and they apologized and said to contact booking.com about a possible refund. It was frightening and concerning.

I booked this for the location and affordability, because I needed to be there for my son during a funeral. The emotional support made the stay worthwhile, but this place should be closed down and burned to the ground. No AC, and the water was only warm, not hot. Just uggghhhh.

I'd read a lot of bad reviews and felt a little nervous pulling in, but the welcome from the hotel staff changed that. The New GM Chris was amazing, really accommodating, and ready to help in any way. Customer service was exceptional. I'm glad I gave this place a chance. Good luck to Mr . Chris the New GM.
