The towels looked like they’d spent years in an oil change shop, and the blanket smelled like somebody’s armpits. The sheets had more stains than I could count. Could someone bleach the linens and towels and have housekeeping pay closer attention? This was a bad experience all around.

We spend a lot of time on the road, so it was a relief not to worry about our stay here. The motel isn’t as upscale as we’re used to, but the front desk team more than made up for that. Some of the best customer service we’ve had in a long time. They were helpful and went out of their way to make things easier. Highly recommend!

The water came out brown, the room light kept blinking, and the microwave and electrical outlets didn’t work. The place also smelled bad. When we asked at the desk, the women there said things worked, but didn’t seem to care. I see why it’s a two-star hotel. This motel needs attention, and I won’t be back.

The clerk who checked me in was really friendly. The room itself was clean, though it looked worn out, and there were rust stains on the tub and toilet. Wi-Fi kept cutting out, and there was no coffee or breakfast.

The tub needed cleaning, and there was no hot water for a bath or shower. The room wasn’t terribly dirty, though.
