Phoenix II was a nice place to stay on our last trip to Orange Beach, with several amenities and direct beach access. Restaurants and shops are close, mostly within 1-3 miles. Parking isn't covered, and you'll need a pass to get onto the property.

Our host was great, and the unit was clean, well kept, and very nice. The building feels dated, and the exit sign by the unit door was hanging by a wire. The pools were in good shape and the balcony view was lovely, but people could play loud music there outside quiet hours, 10:00 pm-8:00 am. We didn't get to enjoy the view as much because of that.

We had plenty of room for four adults and two small children in this well kept condo. It had two good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchenette, and a beach-view patio. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the couch also opened into a bed. There's beach access, a large pool, a kiddy pool, two hot tubs, an arcade room, and a gym. Restaurants and Walmart are conveniently nearby. We'd definitely recommend it and plan to come back.

Everyone was so nice, and we saw lots of dolphins. It was a great time in Alabama for us, the Wilts from Texas!🌊🐬 There were people out crab hunting with flashlights at night. The place was ideal for bar b ques, and there were restaurants across the street, with Walmart, Publix, liquor stores, and more down the road. The views were awesome, and there was lots of security around the two pools, with enough space for a good sized crowd. It was very kid friendly. The weight room was basic, with no free weights. There were two hot tubs and a sauna, though I didn't think the sauna worked. There were showers by the gym.
