It was easy to get to the highways, and the front desk team was accommodating. Ms. Patricia Myers, the sales manager, Ms. Therese, the catering manager, and the rest of the staff did a phenomenal job helping me make my daughter's wedding memorable.

The doors do shut loudly, but that seems to be how they’re built. It didn’t bother me, and I don’t blame the staff or housekeepers for it. I had a great stay: the room was cozy and clean, and the service was excellent. I’d definitely return.

There was nothing wrong with the room, service, or location. The problem was the pet fee: $75 per dog is excessive. We drove across the country to relocate with three dogs, so $225 for one night felt crazy. Other hotels on our trip charged no more than $75 for a night. Look at what’s happening in Las Vegas with excessive fees and declining stays. Do better.

The room had several issues: the vanity felt like it might come off the wall, the shower control was loose, and after housekeeping cleaned, there were makeup marks on a pillowcase. The hotel feels dated and not very clean. Breakfast was mediocre with few choices, so we ate out once. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a hassle since you have to go through other businesses’ lots to reach a traffic light. I even had to ask for the Hilton Honors bottles. This stay made me question whether to stay with the Hilton chain again.
