Executive Inn & Suites

I booked three nights, but after seeing the deplorable state of the room, I left. I was there maybe 10 minutes and honestly feared I'd get sick if I stayed. They still charged me for all three nights when I asked to check out. The place was bad enough, then I was sworn at, called names, and had the window slammed in my face for asking to leave. That's not okay. I'll dispute the charge with my credit card and contact the health department, the Better Business Bureau, and corporate. Do yourself a favor and go next door to The Hotel Orange. They're super nice and accommodating, and the rooms are clean and updated.

I've lived here since August 2018, so I know firsthand what goes on. I did pretty much every job that needed doing each day in exchange for a room. This place should be a public health concern. I now know that drinking the water will make me extremely ill. There are leaks in different places, and mold and mildew are everywhere. Guest rooms get very little cleaning and sanitizing. Mice, roaches, spiders, and some quite large rats show up regularly. What shocked me most was that when I told the managers the motel had run out of laundry soap, they kept washing guests' towels and linens in plain water for about two weeks as if it were no big deal. I'm happy to say I've finally moved out!

I left around 9:30pm and drove the 5 hours home. Never again. I should've left before finishing check-in. The office was closed off and being used to store motel supplies, and the clerk handled business through a side window open about 1 inch. The mattress seemed to be a box spring with only thin padding over it. Even with the comforter underneath me, I could feel every spring. Next door, plastic on the motel roof was flapping in the wind, and it sounded like it was right outside my door. Worst motel ever.

The room smelled awful, and the floor and bathroom were filthy. The sheets were ragged and thin, the pillows flat, and the old innerspring bed creaked badly. The shower diverter didn't work, so the water only trickled. There was no shade on the lamp, and the TV looked like it came from the 70s. Do not stay here! It shouldn't be on Priceline at all. Shame on you, Priceline!
