This hotel stands out for all the right reasons, especially the staff. I stay here for work now and then, and every visit has been excellent. Everyone is friendly and accommodating, and Ms. Lisa deserves a special shoutout for always taking care of us. I spend more than half the year in Holiday Inn hotels and rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to thank this team.

The staff were polite, but the room didn’t meet Holiday Inn standards. There was a strong bleach smell when I first walked in and a faint chemical odor throughout my stay. Dust covered the windowsill, tables, and lamp bases, and there were fingerprints on the bathroom faucet. I also noticed water stains and patch marks on the walls. I was disappointed with the cleanliness during my road trip stay.

The front desk staff were very kind. While I was on my way, the young woman with blonde hair and long fingernails called to say my room was ready. That was frickin’ awesome.

The breakfast had plenty of options and was good quality, and the bed was very comfortable. The accommodations were nicely appointed, and the property had a pleasant feel and was very well maintained. I was warmly welcomed at the front desk when I arrived.

I was in town for a business trip and had a great night here. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d stay again.
