The staff were friendly, and the price and location were both good. Breakfast was included, though I went to the McDonald's next door instead. The room felt about as expected for a low rate, but it needed more attention: the duvet cover was stained even though the sheets underneath were clean, there were marks on the walls and doors, and the floor needed a proper scrub. After showering in the morning, I noticed the curved shower bar was bent downward, like someone had pulled too hard on the curtain, and needed adjusting. I didn't try the microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot, iron, or hairdryer, so I can't say whether they worked.

We booked through Bring Fido because we travel with our dog. Getting to the hotel from the Interstate was easy, and there was food nearby. The building is older, but our room was clean. For the room cost, it seemed like a fair deal, though the pet fee was $25 and non-refundable.

This was our second time here, and the staff treated us very well again. The bed was really comfortable, which mattered a lot because I have a very bad back. Our room was clean, and we enjoyed the stay. The main thing missing was somewhere in the shower to set soap and other bath items, or a place to hang towels.

The room felt clean and seemed to have been refurbished fairly recently. The bathroom tile and a few other small details were a bit beat up, though.

Room 204 had roaches, and keeping the lights on while we slept didn't fully solve the problem. The floor hadn't been mopped, and the toilet didn't look cleaned either. Smoke from the next room was noticeable, and room service knocked even though the do not disturb sign was up.
