Orchard Park Inn

The rooms were clean and spacious, the bathrooms were clean too, and the heater worked well against the brutal cold outside. The TV had good channels, and the front desk staff were polite and helpful whenever we needed something. It’s very close to Highmark Stadium, which makes this a lucky find for a Bills game, especially at such a generous price. Great to find somewhere cheap, clean, roomy, and close to the stadium.

There was stolen property in the room, and the safety device didn’t work. The TV remote was also broken. The curtains had holes that let in light, and the place was really dirty. A clothes hanger had been left on the AC unit by a previous guest, not me. It doesn’t seem like they clean the rooms properly, and the AC unit looked like it was from the 80s and probably hadn’t been cleaned. It is close to Niagara Volleyball facility, and at least there was running water.

The room needed more cleaning and upkeep, but it was better than nothing. We got stuck in the blizzard, and this motel probably saved our lives. The owners were friendly and were out plowing the parking lot during the storm.

The staff were courteous, and my room was clean enough, with OK bed sheets. But the furniture was old and in poor condition, the TV was a small tube set with limited channels, and there was no internet. A strong perfume smell hit me as soon as I opened the door, and it was overpowering. I stayed two days because I couldn’t find another place, and overpaid because I had no choice. There’s a “For Sale” sign out front, which may explain the rundown condition. Only book if you can’t find something else.
