Cobblestone Inn & Suites - Ord

Brooklyn Brown was so warm and welcoming that she made the stay feel like home. She was polite, helpful, and gave amazing customer service. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with great hospitality. I’d highly recommend it, and Brooklyn deserves recognition for her outstanding work.

We’ve stayed at Cobblestone several times and haven’t had a bad experience yet. The staff are welcoming and happy to handle requests, the rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good, too. I’d recommend it when visiting this great town.

I keep choosing Cobblestone in Ord because the staff are positive, knowledgeable, and work hard to look after everyone. The rooms are always clean, and the team is competent and consistently takes care of what we need. Manager Madison is excellent at coordinating use of the event center. She responds promptly and makes sure the setup is ready.

Breakfast was fresh, the tables were clean, and everything stayed well stocked. Our room and bathroom were very clean, and the parking lot was well lit. My daughter and I felt safe both during our stay and while walking through the lot. The beds were really soft, so we slept well. The woman who handled our reservation and the one who checked us in were both very nice and helpful. We’ll definitely stay here again, thank you!
