Holiday Inn Express Orem - North Provo

Everything about this stay was amazing. The bed was super comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were just the right temperature and open until 10:30. Coffee was available around the clock, and the breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Love this hotel! The front desk service is great, and the bed and pillows are so comfortable. It's dog friendly too. I love the cute kitchen dining area, and the coffee is really yummy.

I was given an "upgrade" to a room with a kitchenette, but there weren't any plates or utensils. Having a fridge was nice, though. The room was clean but clearly old and outdated, and could use a facelift. It's a standard room otherwise. Breakfast was better than at most Holiday Inns, so they get an A for that.

The staff were awesome, and the location was great. I've stayed at around 50 Holiday Inn locations over the last four years or so, and I'm always impressed, though little things can differ between cities, states, and hotels. I like the breakfasts, since I'm not a picky eater. This location, along with Brigham City and a few others in western states, had some of the best biscuits and gravy I've had. Here the gravy actually had sausage in it, unlike places where it's just gravy. Small details like that make a stay a bit better.
