We had a great time at The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa, especially playing roulette and slots. There were plenty of fun games, and the food options were delicious, including the Hard Rock Cafe, Junbao, The Rise kitchen, and the little front lobby cafe. Everyone we dealt with was kind and friendly: Lonnie at the Casino Bar, Jeremy in Room Dining, Billie Elliott and John at the Lobby Café, and Amber in the Players Club. They deserve recognition and a good raise for their customer service. I hope management sees this, because I’d recommend these staff to family and friends visiting. We hope to see ya’ll next year!

The view over the pool area was beautiful, and betting at the bar made the Pool Sports bar a great spot. What really impressed me was the service and attention to detail. Jo knew the menu and offerings well, and was attentive without hovering. One of the managers also came over to ask if we needed anything and thank us for joining them for lunch. Jo, thanks for making us feel valued. Your care reflects so well on your team.

We didn’t stay overnight, just played and ate. The place was really busy, but we still found free parking, and there’s covered parking in the garage too. As a non-smoker, the smoking inside bothered me less than I expected. The fresh market buffet was delicious and had lots of options.

Room service came quickly and the food was always piping hot, but the prices with fees and gratuities are outrageous. Breakfast for one, biscuits and gravy, sausage on the side, and an OJ, came to 48.00. I nearly choked signing the bill. If I’d walked my lazy butt downstairs and bought it at the Rise cafe, it would’ve cost only 25.00. If you can, skip room service. The rooms cost above average, but the quality does too. I stay every time I hit a jackpot and hate checking out. The beds are by far the most comfortable in town, it’s always squeaky clean, and I’m obsessed with the toiletries. I prefer the east tower because the rooms are nicer and bigger. If you can afford to splurge, a suite with a jacuzzi or full bar is out of this world amazing. Add a pool view and you’ll never want to leave.

We live nearby and went for a quick trip. The place was clean and busy, and drinks and food came quickly. The games had good payouts. We didn’t leave with money, but we played much longer than expected and had a fun evening.
