The Suites at Prairie Falls & Event Center

This isn't a typical chain hotel. It's a distinctive place with just a handful of rooms, more like a golf course and event destination. The industrial design was really cool, and it could work well for a small wedding. The location suited our stay, though it's a little outside town in a residential area. Staff were friendly, helpful, and communicative throughout, and both the restaurant service and food were great. There's free coffee in a hallway service area, since not every room has a coffee maker. On Saturday, only decaf was available, which was fine for me. In the room, a bench would have been useful in the huge shower and toilet area, since the vanity is in the equally big main room. The tech panel below the TV over the dresser would have been better by the desk or bedside. There was an alarm clock and noise machine in the bedside drawer, which may have had charging ports, but I forgot to check. The noise machine was a nice touch because events can be heard. The closet was awkward to reach in a corner beside the bedside table, and one hanger wasn't enough. No complaints, just an unusual stay.

We only stopped here briefly on a long trip, and wished we could have stayed longer. The staff were kind and attentive, the setting by the golf course was beautiful, and our room was clean, comfortable, and very nice. We had delicious nachos at the restaurant. We'll keep this place in mind if we come back to Post Falls.

The rooms were my favorite place to stay away from home, with plenty of space and an industrial style I loved. Staff across the hotel and the rest of the experience were great. The event had a no-refund policy, and it was clearly stated. Even so, they were willing to help me, and I later decided to attend anyway. It was an absolute blast.

It was so nice not having to leave the building. There are golf bays, a bar, grocery, pizza, and a salon inside, along with a restaurant that serves a good variety of very good food. The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. What a cool place to stay, highly recommend it!
