The front desk team were so helpful with breakfast, and I want to give them a shout-out. Check-in was smooth and friendly for me, another adult, and our Boston Terrier. They got us into room 302 early, at 1p, and it was clean and spacious enough for my pup. I booked Sunday to Monday for a quick stay. As an Elite Platinum member, I got a welcome bag with water and a snack, plus a $15 breakfast voucher, which I chose instead of the 500 points bonus. We ordered room service when we arrived, a Chicken Cesar salad and burger with fries, and it was good. After our event, we came back before HH ended for two cocktails and dinner. Matthew the bartender was great. We'll definitely stay again.

The valet service was attentive the whole time, especially Luis. He handled my luggage, brought me water, and held the door for me right up to the last moment. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and I'm definitely coming back.

I picked the Aloft for a concert at Kia Center after weighing a few hotels, and it worked out really well. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance, and the arena is a short walk away. I'd highly recommend the Aloft or one of the adjacent hotels for a Kia Center show. Saving a few dollars to stay farther away can mean having to find a ride among thousands of concertgoers afterward. Driving here was easy for me, which matters since I'm terrified of missing a turn. Exit 83 off I-4 brings you right to the hotel, then the first right takes you to valet, immediately on the right. The valet guys were quick and professional. The staff went out of their way to help, and after my 7-hour drive they gave me cookies and water. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was wonderful. The towels felt a little scratchy, but it wasn't a big deal.

Matt was a great bartender, easy to talk to, quick with refills, and good company. Bryan made check-in quick and easy too. He was friendly, and I had a great experience at the desk. A warm first impression that makes me happy to come back to Aloft. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Orlando.

The one thing that kept me from giving this a higher rating was the gym. It has a treadmill, elliptical, and the usual small equipment, but no Peloton or spin bike. Otherwise, this was a great stay. The building looks older but has been redone with a modern feel, and the large rooms have comfortable beds and pillows, walk-in showers, and nice Drybar products. The lobby and shared spaces have a social, club-like atmosphere. Staff are helpful and always smiling, and the bar team are friendly, especially Matt. The menu is simple but good enough to keep you in, since downtown options are sparse at night. Happy hour seems to bring in locals as well as hotel guests.
