After problems at another hotel, I switched to the Crowne Plaza, where Shamara and Lisa, a rising star, welcomed me warmly from the moment I arrived. They were kind, professional, and attentive, helped calm me down, and quickly found me a clean, comfortable room that was just what I needed. The friendly service continued throughout the hotel, from the restaurant staff to the valet team and housekeeping. This is a must if you're after great service and a good location.

We used the hotel for the reception after my sister's funeral, and Shamara was a huge help getting my family and me settled. The rooms are modern and comfortable, though it's too bad the balcony doors can't be opened. The location makes it convenient to reach I four, but the one-way street and single entrance are a bit inconvenient. I'd still highly recommend the place.

We spent seven days here in February 2026 and would visit again. The room was comfortable and clean, with a TV, USB ports, desk, bar sink, small fridge, and microwave. Gaby and Jewel were wonderful waitresses, attentive, kind, and professional. The kitchen crew kept the breakfast buffet clean and stocked the whole time, and the front desk staff were professional and kind with all our requests.

Crystal was a big help at check-in, and the valet boss was friendly and helpful. Our king suite was clean, spacious, and just right. The hotel is conveniently close to I 4, with easy access to most Orlando points of interest. We'll definitely stay here again when we return to Orlando.
