This Lake Nona hotel is our favorite of the Marriott properties we've stayed at for business. The room and common areas were spotless, and I saw staff in the gym area working hard to wipe chairs and clean windows. The attention to detail showed. There was no strange chemical smell in the room, unlike at other places. Breakfast was great, especially the blueberry compote for the waffles. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the front desk staff always greeted us. My only suggestion is to offer hypoallergenic pillows. The polyester-filled ones worked for us, but we were allergic to the feather pillows, labeled as 75% guinea fowl feathers. I can't praise this hotel enough and we'll definitely be back soon.

The rooms are roomy, modern, and clean, and the staff were really pleasant. There are a couple of nice restaurants and a play area right outside, too. It's a very nice hotel in a convenient spot.

We had a really nice stay. The area felt safe and there was free self-parking, plus breakfast was included. Our room was clean and spacious with plenty of amenities, and the bed was comfy.

We booked a night so we wouldn't have to drive home late after my husband’s flight, which was due in at 9 pm. Check-in was available a little after 3 pm, and the big parking garage was handy. The neighborhood around Lake Nona is quiet, and it’s about 10 minutes from MCO, with a Starbucks next door. The room was large and the bed was comfortable, though the AC didn’t cool the bedroom or bathroom very well.

The roof pressure washing started the next day with no warning, and the noise ruined our plans. I called the front desk, but it took them half an hour to find out what was happening. After an hour, someone came to our door without apologizing and asked when we’d be leaving so he could start washing again. My toddler missed her nap in the middle of all this. Even before that, check-in was frustrating. There’s no online check-in through the app, so I had to call the desk to say we’d arrive late at night. They said the hotel was sold out and couldn’t upgrade us, which was fine, but the staff were curt and unwelcoming. This was a terrible experience, especially as a Titanium Elite member.
