The accessible bathroom was huge, with a bathtub and plenty of room to maneuver even a very large electric wheelchair. When I needed to switch to a wheelchair-accessible room, the Embassy Suites staff went above and beyond to help. The manager on duty, Mr John, personally helped carry my things between rooms, which meant a lot. The breakfast was exceptional, with an egg station where they cook to order and an impressive variety of choices. There was also a daily snack time from 5:00 to 6:30 PM, with complimentary snacks and drinks. The staff were incredibly attentive and caring. I'd highly recommend this hotel for its customer service.

The comfortable bed was the one thing that made sleeping easy. For the price, I expected more, and the overall stay leaned negative. The balcony offered almost no privacy because people in neighboring rooms could clearly see me, so I felt uncomfortable using it. Parking was another hassle at nearly $30. You need a room key to get out of the lot, and if it stops working after checkout, you can get stuck trying to leave. Breakfast and happy hour both had crowds and long waits. The free omelette bar sounds like a perk, but be ready to queue. At happy hour, the snacks were tiny, more like kid-sized bites than a satisfying serving. Drinks were inconsistent, either too strong or watered down, and there was only one basic, cheap beer option. In my opinion, this wasn't worth the high price.

Karen really looked after our group, and Manny made sure my breakfast came exactly how I like it. The stay was wonderful, everyone was so accommodating. Highly recommend!

That breakfast was a real highlight: omelets made to order, waffles and pancakes, fruit, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, and plenty of juice. It was all genuinely good, not just passable. The room felt more like a suite than a standard hotel room, and the hotel was quiet enough for me to get great sleep even though we were near the elevator. We also got a complimentary drink voucher at check-in, and the lobby and bar were clean and inviting. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I stayed here on Feb. 15, 2026, before sailing from Port Canaveral, and checked out on 2/16/26. Coming from California, I was impressed by how close it was to so many places to eat and shop. I fell for Orlando and hope to explore more next time. When I do, I’ll stay here again. Embassy Suites by Hilton has won over this California girl.
