The room was spacious and beautiful, the pool area was lovely, and room service was excellent. Madison B greeted us at the desk and made us feel special. She knows the area well and eagerly shared itineraries for Winter Park and Disney Springs. She clearly loves her job and does it very well. Thank you, Madison, for a wonderful stay.

Sunny made arranging the engagement photo package so easy for my fiance and me. When we arrived, everything was ready, from valet and the front desk to the crew around the property. The photographer was amazed by the hotel’s beauty and all the spots available for pictures. We even got complimentary champagne. We had about 100 people for a multiday work conference, and the rooms were great. The space felt intimate, comfortable, and classy. We reserved the sixth floor patio bar for dinner and cocktails, and many of us gathered there over several nights. The staff made us feel welcome. The young woman handling AV was professional and friendly, and did a great job. The equipment worked well, with several microphones and no feedback, plus Zoom attendees who couldn’t travel. The only issue was that some people had trouble with shower water temperature or flow. Otherwise, a very nice experience.

On this second visit to the Grand Bohemian Orlando, Madison B made a stressful change feel easy. We had planned one night, then a family emergency meant we needed two more. She arranged the extension smoothly and gave us complimentary drink credits for the hotel bar or Starbucks. When I mentioned my birthday, she sent champagne, a delicious cake, and the hotel’s signature candle to our room. It meant a lot and made my day. The rooms are spotless, luxurious, and beautifully designed, with beds that gave me some of my best hotel sleep. The restaurants are 10/10. Valet greeted us with genuine kindness, and the lobby’s signature scent is captivating and sets a luxurious tone. My husband and I have only great things to say. We’ll keep staying here whenever we’re in Orlando and recommend it to everyone we know. Truly unforgettable.
