Quality Inn & Suites Orlando Airport

Pshhhh, they told us booking through them would get us a bigger discount than booking online. Somehow, though, I ended up paying $25 more and with only one room, even though I had us booked for two separate rooms for 5 after they said it’d be cheaper. This hotel stinks 😷 Pretty sure holiday inn is better. Pshhhh.

Neal was really helpful when I checked in. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the stay gave us everything we needed to get our trip started. The location is perfect for the airport.

The worst part was the room being left unsecured. After we reported the bathtub clog, a technician came in while we were out, fixed it, then left the door wide open. We came back at 10:00 PM to find the room exposed, with our luggage, passports, and valuables vulnerable. The manager later admitted by phone that the technician had accidentally left it open around 4:00 PM, so it had been unattended for about six hours. Staff initially said they didn’t know what happened and told us to wait for the manager the next day. I had to leave early for a flight and never saw the manager in person. They promised a 20% discount on a future booking, but nothing has been provided to this day. The bathtub was clogged and couldn’t be fixed until the next day. Breakfast was badly organized too, with just one pancake machine causing a very long wait and unnecessary line. When I asked for drinking water outside breakfast hours, they refused, saying “breakfast is closed.” Later that night, they also refused hot water for instant noodles for the same reason. Water is basic, and this showed no hospitality or common sense. The mattress had no firmness or support and sank deeply under me, especially around my hips and butt. I slept terribly. A worn-out, collapsing mattress shouldn’t be in a hotel. This stay failed at sleep, service, safety, and accountability. I strongly don’t recommend it under any circumstances.

We had a great stay, and the customer service was excellent. Being close to the airport was a plus, and my wife had no complaints, so two thumbs up. Thanks to the staff for making it pleasant 👍🏾🥰
