Renaissance Orlando Airport

We really appreciated the lovely staff and would definitely stay again. We spent two nights here before our flight home. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, polite, and impressive. The pool, gym, and delicious food in the lounge were highlights. The rooms could use some renovation, especially new blackout curtains to make them darker. We also missed breakfast and would have liked it to be served a little later. The shuttle made the airport just a convenient three minute drive away.

The airport shuttle was super convenient, and the staff were fantastic, always going out of their way to help. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel smelled so good that I looked up the scent after getting home. I found lots of other people searching for the same reed diffusers they use. I loved my stay and would definitely return. The one drawback was getting around the area, since most places weren't really walkable.

The food was great, and our room was clean and roomy. We had an event at the hotel, and the staff were fantastic from communication through to service. When I was carrying bags and trying to make my lunch plate, one staff member came over and offered to carry them. Another noticed some people needed an extra chair and brought one over without being asked. The airport transportation was on time. I knew from my research that this wasn't supposed to be a luxury hotel, and that was already factored into my ratings.

The 24/7 shuttle to MCO means you're covered whenever you arrive or leave. We stayed one night at each end of our Spring Break trip, which was a great way to unwind and get ready for travel. Instead of heading straight to the resort when you're running on fumes, you can stop here, order room service, and pull yourself together. The staff were great and the amenities nice. Some of the room AC units are worn, but we went to the pool to cool off.
