For business and a night out at Disney Springs, this was a clean, bug-free place to stay near Disney at a good price. It's a no-frills hotel, well suited to a Disney trip if you're leaving at 7 am and only coming back at 11 pm to sleep. The floor was the one thing that bothered me: walking barefoot left my feet black, so I had to keep my shoes on, even though the rest of the room was clean and well cared for.

We stayed here in July 2025 and had a hot breakfast, so I chose the hotel expecting that again. Now it's a disappointing continental breakfast, with toast and waffles being called a hot breakfast. The front desk attendant admitted that's not what most people mean by a hot breakfast, while the breakfast worker said guests like it better than before. I don't believe that. This change will cost the two of us at least $90 over the next three days for food we thought was included, increasing the real cost of the trip. I'm furious and won't stay here again. I'll also tell the booking platforms the breakfast is inadequate. I want a refund of at least $90 to cover the extra food costs.

The room was pretty spacious and moderately clean, and we booked this place for a Valentine's weekend trip to Disney because it was the cheapest in the area. But checkout morning was frustrating. Housekeeping tried to enter with a keycard and knocked at 9 am, then came in again at 10:20 without knocking. Luckily we were dressed and had our things in hand, about to leave. Checkout is at 11, so we shouldn't have been repeatedly disturbed before then, especially when check-in isn't allowed until exactly 4 pm.

The location worked well, breakfast was good with the usual eggs and some kind of breakfast meat, and service was okay. They had standard soap and body wash, but when I asked for extra pillows they were out. The big problem was privacy and noise. There was no door bottom seal, so hallway sounds carried into the room, and light came through under the door. We had to block the gap with a towel. That should be standard in a hotel, and it seems the building cut corners on it. The bathroom had no towel bars either, so hand towels had to go in the open cupboard or right on the counter. They had a lit mirror, so why not towel bars? This isn't a great hotel, barely good, and I can't give it more than two stars. Quiet and privacy matter, especially on vacation when you need sleep. Those door bottoms are a must for me.
