SpringHill Suites by Marriott Orlando Lake Nona

The location was great, but the service was a constant struggle. We stayed for two weeks and usually prefer not to have the room cleaned every day, so we left the do not disturb sign up for a few days. After we took it down on the fourth day, housekeeping came. We put it back up, waited another few days, then removed it again. When we returned, the room still hadn't been serviced. The next morning, staff said we weren't scheduled. I asked the cleaners and front desk again the following day and was told service usually happens every other day, but still nothing. On the third day I complained at the desk, and they apologized and promised to handle it. We came back late that night to find the room untouched again. By then it felt like a lost cause. Never again.

Marelix Santiago, the Assistant General Manager, made our business trip especially smooth. She was so pleasant to meet and went out of her way to let my colleague and me use the hotel's resources for our meetings. The setup worked well for getting our work done in a proper business setting, and we also liked the room layout and breakfast. The whole team showed us great hospitality, which helped us stay productive. I came for several meetings and would happily suggest SpringHill Suites Lake Buena Vista South to colleagues traveling for work or for fun. We'll be back.

We stayed two nights before heading to Port Canaveral. The hotel was very clean and quiet, and breakfast had plenty of good options for a hotel. Publix, two gas stations, and Wendys are all within walking distance.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and had large closets. Housekeeping comes every other day, and service overall was nice. It's also easy to get around from here, with Publix and quick food options right next door.
