The Majestic at Downtown Baldwin Park

It’s been over two months and I still haven’t received my security deposit. I left the apartment immaculate, and the manager confirmed it checked out fine. I’ve called countless times to ask about the refund, but the office and accounting team haven’t called me back, and nobody has followed up.

Wasps inside my apartment have pushed this past my limit. I found three in one week, even though I hadn’t opened the patio door for days. One stung me while I was asleep, and I had to get antibiotics from the doctor. I’m worried my cats or visitors could have an allergic reaction or go into anaphylactic shock. There are still occasional roaches too. After my neighbor moved out, hundreds showed up, including in my cat’s food. I got them under control myself by sealing holes under the kitchen baseboards and putting out poison bait traps. Maintenance would only come on Fridays to spray roach spray in the dishwasher and leave. Earlier, holes in the ceiling went unfixed until water covered my floor, even though I’d stressed that it needed urgent attention. They’re quick when a light bulb burns out, but real problems get ignored or patched over. I also had to clean out my own A/C unit, which was giving me nosebleeds and respiratory issues.

Joy, the leasing agent, made me feel welcome from the start. She was warm and friendly, flexible with my requests, and went above and beyond. The Majestic at Baldwin Park has beautiful units with high ceilings, a great location, and friendly maintenance staff who handle issues quickly. I only wish I could stay longer. If you’re looking for an apartment around Winter Park or Baldwin Park, definitely check it out.

The residents are really friendly and always say hello, and the location is great, close to restaurants, Winter Park, and downtown. I toured several complexes in Baldwin Park and Winter Park, but The Majestic was the clear choice for me. Joi, the manager, was a joy to work with and helped me get the apartment I wanted. Maintenance is friendly and quick to respond too. I love living here and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else in Orlando.
