The hotel is beautiful, with a bar and restaurant, but the staff are what made the difference for us. Our visit was because of an emergency hospital visit, so please forgive any misspellings or titles. Ramon the GM, Desiree the AGM, Nathalia the Front Desk Manager, and Will, I think that was his name, were all genuine and kind. They treated us like family, with patience and care. I can’t thank them enough, and I’ll never forget how they helped us.

We came back to this hotel more than once for hospital appointments, since the hospital is close enough to walk to. The staff were kind and helpful, and our rooms were clean, comfortable, and had great amenities. The free breakfast was good, with lots to choose from, though not amazing. We’d definitely recommend staying here.

There’s no restaurant at the hotel, but the breakfast is very good, and shops, markets, and restaurants are only a mile or two away. The rooms feel fairly new and are well equipped, with USB outlets all over. The place is clean, well kept, and easy to get around. It’s downtown, but the area has a quiet, almost suburban feel, with green spaces and ponds or lakes for walks. It was easy to find by taking the Turnpike to 408, then Orange to Columbia. The staff were friendly, professional, and knew their stuff. We enjoyed our stay and will book here again when we return.

I was in town for a few days for the Warped Tour and really enjoyed staying here. It’s a short drive, about 10 minutes, from the local venues, and the neighborhood is walkable. There isn’t much right around the hotel, though scooters are often nearby if you want to get around that way. The staff were great, and the front desk workers were friendly. My room felt more luxurious than other hotels I’ve stayed at, with a full freezer and fridge, a big closet, a countertop stove, and cooking supplies in the cabinets. It would work well for a longer stay. The shower setup wasn’t for me: the half glass let heat escape, so I got a little cold, and water splashed all over the floor. I nearly slipped a few times.
