Super 8 By Wyndham Oroville

The Super 8 is well looked after, and the room cleaners are both friendly and thorough. The staff were a pleasant surprise, helpful, professional, and accommodating. My one gripe is that some people renting rooms should pick up after their dogs.

The pool is well kept and fun for kids, and breakfast is filling with a few options. The rooms are roomy, nice, and pet friendly. Elizabeth is kind and really helpful, and most of the other staff make sure you've got what you need. Housekeeping does a good job, too.

My aunt and cousin stayed here, and my cousin had such an allergic reaction to bed bug bites that they had to rush her to the hospital. When my aunt reported it, the manager blamed her, even though they'd stayed in another room two weeks earlier without any trouble. Two different cleaners also told my aunt directly that there'd been lots of bed bug complaints. On top of that, the manager's dog nearly attacked her. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Save your money.

The place was clean, and the staff were kind. They also kept an eye out for anyone trying to defraud customers. Still, the hotel could use an upgrade, and I wish the cable had worked.
