A reservation elsewhere fell through, so we found this place at the last minute and had a great stay from beginning to end. The rooms were beautiful, clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. It’s close to Blue Springs and historic Deland. We were sorry to leave and wished we could stay longer. 10/10 recommend.

A family member suggested this place for our short weekend visit and family gathering. It was quiet and relaxing, and the bed was probably one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in outside my own. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, so we made breakfast every morning. The family owned staff were friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. I’d like to come back in warmer weather to go boating and fishing.

The staff were super friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. We enjoyed everything, from the pool to the little store. It’s very close to downtown Deland, an old city with lots of charm and many restaurants to choose from. We’d definitely come back if we’re in the area again.

We rented a pontoon this time, and the St Johns River was just what we needed. This was our sixth stay over the years, and we always return to the place we love most. It’s such a beautiful, peaceful spot to relax and rejuvenate while visiting family.

The room was big and clean, with access to the courtyard and outdoor seating. The pool was very cold, though it was January in Florida and the temperature wasn’t very high. Nice place, probably better during high season.
