Holiday Inn Express Osage Beach - Lake Of The Ozarks by IHG

The Holiday inn Express was clean and nice, but the employees are what made me leave this review. I interacted with three people around 9:00-ish the evening of November 14, 2025, and at last-minute checkout on November 15. Every one of them was wonderful. I haven't had customer service like that in ages. Matt in maintenance was especially gracious as we were leaving. It reminded me of the kind of care you used to get at a mom and pop place. If good service matters to you, I hope this is helpful.

The staff were really nice, but the breakfast was awful. I mentioned the construction and dust to the clerk when I checked out the next morning, and suggested they not put anyone else in that room. She said the owner had allowed it. My second-floor hallway had drywall sheets, tools, and white dust all over the carpet. Dust filled the air and room so badly I couldn't sleep. Worst night ever.

Naz at the front desk was amazing, always kind and helpful, and the breakfast was great. I stayed here for the final month of my hospital contract. The rooms were consistently clean and dark enough for me to sleep during the day.

For a single night, the hotel is fine, though some things could be better if you're here multiple nights for business. The laundry machine was out of service, housekeeping only came every other day, and there weren't quite enough washcloths on the towel rack. Breakfast could improve too, especially the cereal bowls, which felt very small for a working person.
