Oshkosh Marriott Waterfront Hotel & Convention Center

The members lounge was convenient, clean, and well stocked, and Deanna kept things running smoothly while being very sweet. Our room was clean and luxurious, with a lovely view of the frozen river. Even the hairdryer was great, which you don’t hear people mention often. Lorelai welcomed us so kindly and made every return to the hotel feel like seeing a friend. Such a comfortable stay.

Deanna is the real highlight of the M Club. She takes pride in looking after guests, and her warmth and attentiveness made the whole experience better. The breakfast food there was some of the best I’ve had, especially the pork sausage and bacon. If you book a stay at the Oshkosh Marriott, getting M Club access is well worth it so you can meet her and enjoy that hospitality. The hotel itself is modern, with clean, well designed rooms and friendly front desk staff. It’s right by the water and close to plenty of good restaurants. Parking is attached and doesn’t cost extra, which was a big plus. I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend the hotel and M Club.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a great walk-in shower. This is a modern, nice place, and on a bitterly cold night we appreciated having the attached parking deck. We were only there overnight. Check-in took about 10 minutes because just one employee was working. We couldn’t find any accessible parking in the deck, unless it was on an upper level not directly connected to the motel. There was no complimentary water or other room amenity, which we expected at a price over $220. Breakfast was good quality but cost more than $30 for two. For quality, stay here; for a better price, look elsewhere.

Deanna made our M Club visit feel special from the moment we arrived. She welcomed us, made sure we had the snacks and drinks we wanted, and even asked if there was anything specific we’d like at breakfast. In the morning she brought us coffee and made a “Cecil's Special” juice drink for us to try. She went above and beyond and really lifted our stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly.
