The pool was warm, especially clean, and quite beautiful, with a bathroom that had a real shower. The hotel also worked well for us because it was halfway between two of my husband’s doctors, near plenty of places to eat, stores like Meijer and Walmart, and a shopping area across the street. We’ve stayed at many Wyndham brands, and this was one of the cleanest properties we’ve seen. The rooms, beds, pillows, and blankets were all very comfortable, and that care showed throughout. There were lots of towels in the room and by the pool, plus coffee in the clean, comfortable lobby. Breakfast was tidy and stocked, though it would have been nearly perfect for us, especially since I’m diabetic, with a protein choice like hard-boiled or scrambled eggs.

The staff were friendly, professional, and quick to help, which made the stay feel easy and welcoming. This owner-run hotel is clearly well managed, with spotless, comfortable rooms and real attention to keeping the whole property in good shape. It has a more personal feel than a typical chain, and was a pleasant, dependable place to stay.

The calm surroundings made it easy to get away from the rush of everyday life and just unwind. Everything felt clean and well cared for, which added to my sense of comfort and safety. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient too, so I could settle in and relax without any hassle.

I chose the hotel because it was central to the places I needed to visit, and it wasn’t terrible. The common areas were all right, but my room felt a little dated and the doors slammed loudly even when I tried to close mine gently. Breakfast was pretty limited: a waffle maker, donuts, cereal, coffee, hard-as-a-rock bread, and very watered-down juice. I didn’t check whether the cereal was stale. I used points for this stay. If I come back and have to pay, I’d look at other nearby options with similar rates.

The service and staff were great. devontay made everything possible and was really cool, so the stay wouldn’t have been a success without him. This is literally the best hotel you’re gonna go to. Come here for everything!
