The room was clean, the bed was really comfortable, and everyone at the front desk was friendly. The continental breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. The waterpark felt small to me, but it worked well for little kids. We did have trouble sleeping because kids were banging on the walls and there was noise in the halls all night. We'd still come back.

Tony at the front desk really looked after me when my blood sugar dropped in the middle of the night. He brought orange juice from the kitchen and helped me find something sugary in the lobby vending machine. I appreciated how much he cared. The next morning I had breakfast, and the coffee was some of the best I've ever had. The staff, from the front desk to the servers, were all friendly and helpful. I was in town for my sister's surprise birthday party, and the room was a lovely surprise too: I'd been moved to the fourth floor, and the comfortable furnishings and luxurious bedding made for a great stay. I'd gladly recommend the Clarion and stay again.

The water park was a lot of fun, and having the hotel right there made the visit especially enjoyable. This was our second one-night stay, and the hotel honored our request for adjoining rooms this time. Staff were welcoming and tried to get us checked in quickly. We did notice a smell of smoke in the elevator, which we weren't happy about, and the rooms seemed to have some kind of fragrance masking a smell. I'm not sure whether it was related to smoking or something else, and I don't care for that. We'd definitely come back.

The breakfast attendant made us feel like family, chatting with guests and being so kind. The front desk staff member, I think his name was Toni or Tony, was friendly and professional, and found us a room with a great view. We checked in on March 23 with two adults and two kids. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a wonderful stay. We'll come back next time.

We had fun because we're the kind of family that can make something out of nothing, but the stay had a lot of problems. The staff member who checked in my family was rude and not accommodating. I booked through Choice Hotels at a good rate, but apparently that didn't include Splash Park tickets, so I had to buy four tickets for each of us per day. The room was dirty, and my kids found a baby doll under the dresser. We were the only Black family there that weekend, and the racism was out.
