Quality Inn & Suites Ottumwa North

I love this hotel and have nothing bad to say about it. The service is great, they give you what you need, and they answer questions as well as they can. Max, Danielle, and Dillon are amazing, and Max and Danielle are among the staff I love. They’re nice to us, not rude, mean, or disrespectful. Someone used my name and email to post a bad review about the hot tub, pool, and staff, but it wasn’t me. I didn’t have my phone. Whoever did that needs to stop, or I’ll report it to the police. Please erase that review. I’m sorry to Max, the Quality Inn Hotel and Suites, and the owner, but I swear I didn’t write it.

The pool area was nice, though the water was extremely cold. The hot tub felt great and was much needed after a music festival left my legs in shambles. I’d probably stay here again if I’m back in the area. The staff were extremely friendly, breakfast was pretty good compared with most hotel breakfasts, and I especially liked the biscuits and gravy. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. A couple of the appliances seemed a bit dated, but that wasn’t a big deal.

We come here twice a year for the Eddyville drag races, and they’re consistently good. The rooms are clean, and the pool and hot tub are always working. Service is awesome, and the staff are so kind to my little boy, especially since he loves their cereal. This past weekend they went above and beyond. Thanks for giving us good service. You don’t see that much anymore.

The bathroom hadn’t been updated, though the room had. Breakfast was adequate. It’s a budget hotel, and the hot tub was closed for maintenance. It was sitting in the hallway, which I’d never seen before.
