The bathtub was filthy, and I definitely wouldn’t take a bath in that room. The beds, though, were comfortable and clean, and the woman at the desk was really nice and helpful.

I had an issue with low blood sugar, and the woman working the night shift at the front desk helped me get a Gatorade. It corrected the problem, and she was very helpful.

The sink sprayed water all over us when we turned it on, and the staff were rude at check-in. They said I couldn’t have my therapy dog even though he was clearly marked, and I tried to give them his badge to copy. The location was inconvenient, not close to anything. The room was still dirty and the bedding wrinkled, like they’d only laid the top cover over it. The vending machine was out of order, there was no guest snack room, and there was no channel list or takeout menu.

Our room wasn’t clean at check-in, but we got another one, no big deal. The morning desk guy was friendly. The pool was nice, though the hot tub wasn’t working; that was okay since we have kids and probably wouldn’t use it. Breakfast was okay, we’ve had worse and better. I wish they’d cleaned the room during the day. I had to get fresh towels every day and leave our trash in the hallway to be dumped. I also wish there’d been a coffee pot in the room. At checkout, the desk guy was cussing and yelling because people were still in the breakfast room past its operating time. We’ve stayed here before and will stay again.
