Tom at the front desk made check-in feel personal. He was friendly, genuine, and easy to chat with. The place itself is beautiful and feels authentic, and the room stood out with its fresh-cut wood smell, giving it a warm, natural, cozy feel you don’t often get in a hotel. I’d happily stay here again.

A lovely spot right by the river, with a balcony facing the water in every room. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, parking was plentiful, and the continental breakfast was free. You can easily walk to all of downtown Ouray. We’d absolutely stay again.

The Hot Springs Inn made our Ouray trip feel relaxing, fun, and homey. It’s right by the river walk and close to everything in town. Staff were lovely, and breakfast was great. The atmosphere felt cozy and quaint, with wonderful views and comfortable beds. Our room also had all the useful little things you appreciate when traveling, like plenty of bath soap, tissues, a microwave, a fridge and freezer, and a hair dryer. Highly recommended, and thanks for having us!

The location worked really well, with the river and walking path just behind the inn, food nearby, and quick access to the hot springs. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They even blocked off a parking space for our truck and trailer. Laundry facilities were clean and convenient, and breakfast had a decent range of choices, including bagels, donuts, microwave breakfast burritos, and yogurt. The rooms were a little dated but clean. We had a solid stay and would highly recommend it.

Ouray was such a quaint, lovely town, and there were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The continental breakfast choices were somewhat limited, but still good. We stopped here for a night in August during a cross-country road trip, and the kind staff, comfortable beds, and beautiful location made it a great choice. We’d never been to this part of Colorado, and this hotel was a wonderful introduction to Ouray.
