The staff were kind to guests and to one another, which was lovely to see. They spoke so positively about their team, something you don’t often find in hospitality. Brad at the front desk was especially great, keeping things smooth during a chaotic, high-turnover Saturday night while the rest of the team handled everything. The breakfast attendants were friendly, professional, and efficient too. Rooms were incredibly comfortable, the usual amenities were fantastic, and the location worked well. I’d recommend it for families, kids, or solo travelers. Best sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel.

Every staff member we came across, from housekeeping to the front desk and food service, greeted us with a smile and wished us a good day. That stood out compared with other hotels. Stephanie made check-in easy, welcomed me warmly, and explained everything clearly. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and breakfast was hot and delicious. The breakfast team greeted us each morning, chatted with guests, and cleared our dishes as soon as we were done. Thanks for the great hospitality. We’ll definitely return!

Stephanie, the manager, makes being away from home easier. She’s always welcoming, smiling, and remembered my name after just one stay. Really, the whole team does. They even surprised me with a sweet birthday gesture. Great hotel and lovely service!

We keep coming back, and each visit shows us how attentive the team is. The rooms are consistently very clean and the food is always good. At breakfast, the staff are especially kind to us and our child. Everyone has been friendly and helpful, and they make our visits feel pleasant. I wish I could give them more stars. Thank you!

We love Drury, and this stay at a different location from our usual one was just as good. The hotel was spotless, the staff were kind, and the free food and cocktails and convenient locations are all part of the consistent experience. The rewards program is great too. Drury gets so many things right that every business could learn from them. Looking forward to staying again!
