Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Overland Park - Convention Center by IHG

I've stayed here twice now, and it's been wonderful both times. The rooms are roomy, clean, and comfortable, and everyone we've met has been amazing. I'd definitely recommend it.

The staff even helped me out with a bag of trash from our school bus. I asked someone in the lobby if I could use their dumpster, and they took it out for me. It was a great experience overall: a nice facility, clean rooms, and a hotel that felt well maintained. I was there with a school sports trip.

On our first stay we barely got a hello or welcome, so we weren't sure we'd return. The location is perfect for us, though, and we're glad we gave it another chance. John greeted us warmly on our second visit and made us feel like VIPs. When we came back a third time, he remembered our names. On our latest stay we met Steven, who was just as friendly and helpful. Housekeeping has been excellent every time: spotless, comfortable rooms at just the right temperature. We also appreciated the non-slip bath mat in the tub this visit. We've enjoyed our stays at the Holiday Inn at 10920 Nall Ave, Overland Park, KS, and will keep choosing it when we're in the area. Thanks for making our visits so pleasant.

I couldn't get a copy of my food receipt from the on-site restaurant. I asked the next morning and several more times during my stay, then called and emailed after checkout without any luck. No one returned my calls or emails, not even the GM. I've never encountered such a complete lack of customer care.
