The welcome bag and friendly greeting from the woman at the front desk gave me a good first impression. After that, things went downhill. My room phone was disgusting and needed cleaning, so I mentioned it while calling reception to request housekeeping for the next day. The man said housekeeping would come, but neither the cleaning nor the phone cleanup happened. I had to ask again the following day. Apparently they choose which rooms to clean by lottery, even when a guest has asked. When housekeeping finally came, they still didn’t clean the phone, as the picture shows. Breakfast was another problem after my morning workouts. Don’t take anything before their posted 6:30 time, even if it’s already out. The breakfast ladies will march you to the sign and make a show of how you can’t read. They’re rude and don’t care about customer service. If you’re okay with getting whatever THEY decide to provide that day, this place may suit you. If you expect respect and basic amenities, go elsewhere.

There’s plenty of shopping nearby, laundry facilities, and an indoor pool. The daily breakfast was excellent, and the coffee was great too. The staff were excellent as well. It seems like a great place for a longer stay.

Another good Residence Inn location, with free breakfast. The elevator was on the fritz during the week of Christmas 2025, and there’s only one.

I’m leaving with a much better feeling about this place than I had last week. During our transition from abroad, the staff across every shift took good care of us. I did have a disagreement with the weekend first-shift manager, but we talked a few days later and her genuine apology meant a lot. I’d written an unfavorable review in the heat of the moment, and I’m sorry I didn’t make it more constructive. Nobody’s perfect, and the way she owned the mistake showed real professionalism and humanity. It turned into a lesson and a memorable, uplifting story. This is the best place to stay around here, even for a wholehearted rebel like me. Kudos, and sorry for all the fuss.

The breakfast was awful, and even the coffee was undrinkable. The bathroom wasn't much better: rust around the tub drain and a faucet that was loose and wobbled on the wall. The hotel also put a $120 hold on my card without warning, despite saying they only needed to authorize $1. Five days after checkout, it still hadn't been released. Guests shouldn't be left in the dark about charges like that. I had a really unpleasant stay and wouldn't recommend this place.
