I really appreciated the spacious, clean rooms and the friendly, attentive bartender made the bar one of the highlights. The hotel's also in a handy spot, with plenty of places to walk to for dinner or drinks. The staff were great throughout. The problem was the hot water. After a long day, the shower still wouldn't get hot, which was frustrating and unacceptable. Staff acknowledged it, but my room rate wasn't discounted or adjusted. The cleanliness, service, and location were all good, but the lack of hot water and compensation took away from the stay.

We came for one night and had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and roomy for my wife and me, and check-in was quick. Lots of restaurants and shops are close by. We didn't have a car, so make sure to mention that at check-in if you don't either, or they may charge you $10 per night for parking.

Stayed for a week and had a great vibe. Everything was clean and working, breakfast had good choices, and the pool was nice. The workout room had lots of options too, and there was plenty nearby.

The rooms at SpringHill Suites by Marriott felt spacious and modern, and the property was a good value for the price. I found the hotel clean, quiet, and well cared for, with friendly, professional staff who made guests feel welcome. A comfortable place to stay, and one I’d recommend.

8/10
The room was typical for this chain, but the shower door left a gap and water pooled across the bathroom floor. The hotel sits in an interesting spot within an upscale apartments and shops development. It was quiet, with outdoor seating and tables, a well-equipped fitness center, and an indoor pool. The night desk staff seemed either new or a little overwhelmed.
