The manager was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I’d gladly stay again. The mattress felt and sounded a bit like an air mattress when I lay down, but I still slept well. There are four floors, a bistro and bar area, plus a convenience spot with snacks and drinks for after hours.

We had a faint mildew-like smell in the room, otherwise I would’ve given the room a five. I didn’t mention it to the staff, though I’m sure they would’ve sorted it out if I had. The decor is lovely, the room was very clean, and the location is convenient. When a neighbor played loud music in the middle of the night, the staff dealt with it promptly and gave us a small discount. Really nice hotel and excellent staff. Thanks to the hard-working team over the holiday weekend.

I stayed for three nights for my daughter’s first birth, and being just a five-minute drive from Owensboro Regional Hospital made visits back and forth easy. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, and the room was very spacious, with top-quality linens and good bathroom products. The bed was comfortable, and the rate was reasonable, comparable to a two-star Best Western, so I’d gladly return for the comfort and location. A few things were missing: standard rooms have no microwave or bathtub, and you need a suite costing over $200 a night for a tub. Wi-Fi costs extra unless you’re a rewards member. The hotel has a restaurant, but I didn’t see anyone eating there during my stay. There’s also a Starbucks with a limited menu, where the staff seemed more attentive to my order than at typical corporate Starbucks locations. My favorite perk was the ice-cold beer by the front desk that you can charge to your room.

We were there for a tournament with lots of kids, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly. I wasn’t sure about paying extra for the stay-and-breakfast option, but it was worth it and we were very satisfied.
