We arrived at 2 a.m., stayed the night, and left in the morning. A couple of days later, we were charged for a large rip in the sofa that we clearly hadn’t caused. They must have missed it from the previous guest and blamed us instead. When we tried to explain, they showed no understanding or logical thinking. Be careful if you stay here. Take photos and time-stamp anything wrong with the room, because there’s a lot about its condition to document. It felt like they needed more money and picked us to pay for it. Good luck, and travel safely.

We paid a budget price and got a clean place to stay, so the value worked for us. We had our 13-year-old poodle with us and weren’t about to pay Marriott prices for a dog. She’s family, but she doesn’t need luxury. The Econo Lodge team works hard to keep the facility up, even though it’s showing its age and has a smell. I can overlook that as long as it’s clean. I’d stay there again.

Don’t stay here. We were quiet, kept to ourselves, paid, and still got treated with lies and disrespect. Staff wouldn’t let my boyfriend and me book another night. They told Booking.com there was a “complaint” about us, then claimed they weren’t taking bookings so they could deep clean every room. That was clearly untrue, since guests were still there after checkout. They were rude and couldn’t be grown up enough to tell us if there was a problem. Someone hit my boyfriend’s motorcycle in the parking lot, and the hotel wouldn’t help. The girl at the desk said, “no one has time to sit and watch cameras.” Housekeeping also bangs on your door at 8 a.m., then leaves if you don’t answer right away. The housekeepers yell to each other outside your door too. You won’t sleep.

They moved our booking to a pet room, even though we should have had a standard room because we had a service dog. I felt a little grilled with the questions about the dog, but the person asking didn’t seem rude. It came across as natural curiosity, though it still felt inappropriate.
