I won't stay here again. The room was reasonably clean when we arrived, but some lights and USB ports didn't work, and there were only two small pillows. Asking the front desk woman for more turned into a big issue, and she gave us just one pillow for me and my husband. We stayed about 5 nights and asked for a mid-stay cleaning. They didn't change the sheets or pick up the trash, and even used my own garbage bag in the bin. I was also charged a "cash $25 deposit" after paying for the room by card. The front desk woman refused to return it because of ashes on the sheets, even though we'd paid for a smoking room and hadn't damaged anything. She argued with both of us and was very unprofessional. The man who seemed to be the owner was incredibly helpful and nice, though. The woman at the front desk was the only one who was rude.

The owners are rude and act like I'm making them do customer service. I was told I could only have two towels for a 3 night stay. The vending machine and ice machine don't work either. Don't ask for shampoo, unless a 2 oz. mini bottle is enough.

I rented a room for a homeless veteran, and they treated him terribly. They also charged me twice and refused to refund me, so I have to dispute it with the bank. If you or someone you know has stayed here, watch your account.

We had a great time until checkout, when the owner yelled at me because my child had an accident and called me nasty. I'll never go back or recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

My apartment wasn't ready, so I stayed here and found the staff extremely friendly. It was affordable, too. If I need a room again, I'll come back and recommend it to others. If you're kind, friendly, and polite, they'll help you.
