Quality Inn & Suites Pacific Seattle

The hotel felt clean and modern after the updates. There was a lot of noise from the busy road beside it, especially loud vehicles. The room I stayed in also needed a couple of repairs. Decent place overall.

The staff were really nice and helpful, and the prices were okay. The location is handy for the freeway and places like Walmart, with an Arco gas station in the same parking lot. Parking was okay too. Breakfast was free and fine, and there was free coffee in the lobby. My room had a coffeemaker, microwave, and fridge. The rooms look old and need an upgrade. The tub was very slippery, easy to fall in. The elevator rug was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for all seven days, or maybe longer. I didn’t see any security on the property. The gym was very small and hot.

The wall construction is poor, and with the road noise outside, getting a good night's sleep here just isn't possible. I could hear someone in the room behind my pillow speaking quietly and opening and closing drawers at 3-4AM. The company paid for my stay, but after this experience I have no desire to come back. I've stayed in cheaper hotels that were much quieter. They need to add some kind of soundproofing to the walls.

Amanda, Dio, Kylie, and Nicky were phenomenal and went above and beyond to help us during our stay. We really enjoyed being here. The amenities include laundry, a sauna, hot tub, and pool, with breakfast and hot coffee always available, plus lemon water. DQ, Jack in the Box, AM/PM, and an Asian/Mexican restaurant are all within walking distance.
