We’ve been coming to Las Brisas for years, usually two or three times a year, and it stays busy, so book ahead. Brena is a doll and always makes us feel welcome. The units are in great shape, with some recently remodeled, and you can rent a slip along with your room. It's a great place whether you're there to fish or just enjoy the beach.
There's plenty of dock space for fishing or keeping your boat, plus a roomy pool. The Bayside views are great, and it's a nice spot to bring the family.
We liked being able to open the patio door and catch fish, and all the photos are taken from the condo patio. The kitchen has everything you'd need at home. It was quieter and nicer than we expected.
Las Brisas Bayfront Condominiums were well kept both indoors and out. Management was friendly and helpful, and answered all our questions.
Jaime and Brena were friendly and helpful, as always. We’ve been visiting for 40 years and plan to keep coming back. My family and I had another great stay at Las Brisas, though the people above us were extremely loud.
