Holiday Inn Paducah Riverfront by IHG

Chelsea at the bar was amazing, and her drinks were fabulous. She made me feel comfortable when I felt out of place, and the place really felt full of love. On my first trip to Paducah, traveling alone, I was worried about getting to the airport for an early flight since Ubers are scarce. Stephanie at the front desk was incredibly kind and offered to drive me herself at 4 am. I’d already begged a taxi to pick me up, but I’ve never experienced that kind of hospitality, even at any 5 star hotels. Highly recommend stopping by for Chelsea’s warm, welcoming service.

The river view was peaceful, and breakfast was a delight. The hostess was kind and friendly, and the turnovers were amazing. Our spotless room was well stocked and very comfortable. The staff were wonderful, especially Stephanie, who went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed.

The sunrise from our river view room was lovely, and the restaurant waitresses were so nice. We were here this past weekend for my son’s Elks hoop shoot, and we’d absolutely return if we’re in the area again. The hotel and our spacious room were clean, the beds were very comfortable, and my kids loved the pool. Everyone from the front desk to the house cleaning ladies was friendly. Breakfast was awesome with a big selection. 10/10 recommend!

The location was decent for our road trip stop, and it wasn’t a bad choice for a night, but I probably wouldn’t stay again. Our room was a little dirty, with spider webs and bugs stuck to the ceiling above the beds. At the in-hotel Burger restaurant, we were the only ones in the dining area, yet it took the server about 15-20 minutes to come over.
