I booked a room a few weeks ahead while riding the Erie Canal Trail. When I got there, the office was closed. I called the number on the door and was told there were no rooms available. This place is unreliable, avoid it at all costs. Luckily, a nice Airbnb across the river had a room, or I would have been sleeping on the street.

Management made the stay for me. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, made me feel welcome, and were happy to answer questions or share local tips. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable, with what I needed for a short stay. For a budget-friendly, no-frills place, Budget Inn exceeded my expectations. It's affordable, clean, and run by people who seem to take pride in their work. I'd definitely stay here again.

It isn't fancy, and the outside looks a little rough, but our stay was perfectly comfortable and the rate was affordable. The rooms were neat and very clean. It seems the motel has been redone under new management, so I'd disregard the old reviews. We stopped here during a biking trip on the Erie Canal bike pathway. It's a quick ride into town, where we found some great restaurants. I'd recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay in this town.

The view was great, and the staff were friendly. The rooms have been recently renovated. It's on the edge of town, with the village a short walk or drive away. We'll gladly stay again on our next trip through the area.
