Spoke and Vine Motel

Room 10 was super spacious and had a small kitchen with all the cooking equipment we needed. The staff were friendly and their recommendations led us to places we loved. They brought a nice light breakfast right to the room. Our pups were welcome for a small fee, which included dog beds and bowls, and there’s a nice park just a few blocks away for dogs who like grassy areas. This has to be the cutest motel I’ve seen. We’ll definitely be back to Spoke and Vine Motel!

We’re in Palisade for part of each year, and needed somewhere to stay for a night while moving out of a rental. The room was spacious and comfortable, with pleasant bed linen and a good shower with strong pressure. Breakfast was healthy, local and simple but nutritious, and the service was great. The location is hard to beat, near farmers stands, wineries, distilleries, restaurants and shops. We didn’t get to enjoy them, but the little lobby bar and outdoor seating area looked perfect for summer. No complaints. We’ll recommend it to visitors.

This was such a lovely find on my drive from Detroit to San Diego. My room was clean and cute, with a personal touch that went above and beyond. The owners texted ahead to ask about my breakfast, which was local coffee, fruit, granola and yogurt. It was so good, and they offered delivery anytime from 7am to 11am. Communication and service were both excellent. I’d highly recommend staying here, and I’ll come back if I’m in the area.

There was live music and a pizza food truck in the courtyard the day we arrived, which was a fun extra. The staff were attentive and helped our group figure out how to get around the wineries. A light breakfast is included, and the lobby bar is adorable. It’s also super close to town. I highly recommend staying here, 10/10!
