The food was great, and our server was attentive, friendly, and made dinner even better. My girlfriend and I visited Palm House this past Saturday, and the whole evening went smoothly from check-in to the end of our meal. Gina, the hostess, really set the tone. Even with a busy crowd, she managed reservations and walk-ins smoothly, kept everything organized, and handled the flow of guests professionally. She also knew a lot about the Nobu-inspired menu and the restaurant’s background, which we appreciated. We had a great night out and look forward to coming back.

This has become my favorite hotel on the island in Palm Beach. From the valet on arrival and departure to everything in between, the experience feels magical and just right. Whether you’re visiting Palm Beach for the first time, planning a weekend staycation as a resident, or heading to their Nobu creating dining room for the evening, you’ll see why I can’t praise the place enough.

The interiors were beautiful and felt true to Nobu and Palm Beach. We had a fabulous meal at the Nobu inside the hotel, and the food was great, as Nobu is consistently amazing. Megan, our waitress, was the best part. She paced the courses perfectly, suggested local menu items, and took the time to be personable. We loved everything, can’t recommend it enough, and will be back asking for Megan. Thank you!

We loved being able to walk to La Galoue & Buccan in under five minutes, and the rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated. The team is so kind and helpful, which really makes Palm House stand out from other hotels on the island. A true gem for locals and tourists alike.

We celebrated a friend’s birthday at the restaurant, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. They helped us set up, cut our custom cake, offered to take photos, and even played the theme song for our “13 going on 30” birthday girl to blow out the candles, all without us asking. Palm Beach restaurants can sometimes be stuffy and hard to work with, but I’d highly recommend Palm House. Thanks a million to the staff for being so accommodating. And the sushi was 100/10.
