The Palm Beach Hotel Condominium

The lobby looks nice, and the rooms have been updated and look much more modern than I expected. The pool wasn’t available when I was there, though, and the outside needs repair. The walls and hallways look extremely old. Parking can be a nightmare if you don’t get a plastic placard. You may have to pay for metered parking, while valet is often full. Then you might need to walk a long way to get the placard, and walk back to the hotel.

I stayed in a renovated room in this historic Palm Beach hotel, which has been converted into condos where rooms can be booked through Airbnb. The exterior and interior have an old-school Florida charm. The hallways are a disaster and urgently need renovation, and they really bring down the atmosphere.

The outdoor area was my favorite, and the location is handy for shops, restaurants, and public beach access. My room, 3014, was mostly updated. I do see signs about renovations, and I hope the work keeps the place’s warmth and charm. I’ll definitely return. If you’re after somewhere new and modern, this isn’t it. It’s cute and quirky, holding onto old-world class with, in the best way, “Only Murders in the Building” vibes. It feels easy and comfortable, though I think it could use some TLC.

I enjoyed staying here. The property feels elegant and cozy, the location is lovely, and the staff are warm and friendly. Thank you again to my host. I’d recommend this place to friends and family.
