Inn at Deep Canyon

The location is great, with a very nice pool, a few restaurants nearby, and the nest close by, which we liked. The Inn worked well for a two-night stay for me and my wife, especially for a family or an older person on a budget. The rooms are somewhat dated, and the bed was too soft for me. I asked three times what chemicals were in the hot tub and never got an answer.

Everything was amazing. The rooms were spacious and the 24-hour pool was a hit with my son, along with the mini golf. It was all clean, and after I left something behind in the hotel at checkout, the staff helped me find it and brought it to me at the office. We'll be back.

Such a cute, clean, cozy spot. The layout works perfectly, with all the rooms facing the pool, and the bed was so comfortable. The conditioner was the best I've ever used. Everyone working there was professional, friendly, and helpful, and Viviana at the front desk is a gem. You won't be disappointed.

We wanted a quiet, clean, spacious place with the amenities we needed near our activities, and The Inn at Deep Canyon delivered at a low cost. The customer service was phenomenal, and the beds felt homey and comfortable. I travel with mobility aides and have disabilities, and usually avoid booking true ADA rooms because availability is often limited or rooms can be out of order. Instead I look for space and comfort. We had a spacious one-bedroom queen suite on the second floor of this small mom and pop hotel. There's no bell service or elevator, so we struggled with luggage on the stairs but managed. The room exceeded my expectations. It had two decent-sized bathrooms, each with a shower and bath combo, and the handrails were placed comfortably for me to get in and out. The full-size refrigerator and freezer, working stove and oven, and counter space made for a lovely kitchen. The microwave was very high, and at 4'10 I had to stand on a chair to reach it. My mom slept comfortably in the bedroom's queen bed, while I accidentally fell asleep on the couch and stayed comfortable until morning. The spacious balcony overlooking the pool was relaxing for reading. The hotel has a noise rule after 10 pm, which wasn't a problem, and I liked that the pool remained open 24 hours. It was clean and warm, and the hot tub was a good size and temperature. The courtyard also had plenty of seating, cabana seating, and a picnic area, plus a little putting green off to the side and grills near the picnic area. Parking wasn't ideal for ADA access or large enough spaces for people with large SUVs. A gentleman suggested street parking, and we had no issues at night. The hotel was close to our activities at acrisure arena, the living desert zoo, and places like the grand Hyatt, shopping centers, and plenty of food spots. For an overnight trip, its proximity and amenities made for a phenomenal stay.
