Triada Palm Springs, Autograph Collection by Marriott

The staff were wonderful, and the property is gorgeous. It made me feel like I was in Tuscany, even though the place is definitely older and shows its age in spots. Our only disappointment was the restaurant. Its hours were supposed to run until 10 PM, but when we got back from the BNP Paribas Open at 8:30 PM, it was already closed. Luckily, there are plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance.

We spent eight nights at the Triada in a wheelchair-friendly Casita suite, and it was a really pleasant surprise. The place was well kept, relaxed, and worth the money. Our room had a fully equipped kitchen, including a proper two-door fridge with an ice maker. The location also made it easy to explore nearby shops and restaurants. February brought unusually good weather, and the hotel wasn't full, so the two pools were almost empty. It could feel different in high season when the hotel is busier. I enjoyed the casual lounge and restaurant. The food and drinks were solid and reasonably priced, if nothing special. Robert the barman deserves a special thank you for being friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile. The rest of the staff were welcoming and helpful, too. Thanks, Triada.

We chose Triada as our host hotel for our wedding weekend and had 26 rooms in a block. The team also put together our welcome party on the Alma Pool Deck, delivered welcome bags to the rooms, and created just the right food and beverage setup. Our guests came from around the country, and the staff were kind and attentive to all of us. Jessica, the Operations Manager / Director of Sales + Marketing, was gracious and endlessly accommodating with our many unexpected requests. Taran and Danielle at the front desk kept an easygoing attitude that meant a lot amid the family and friend logistics. We felt well looked after, especially as Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite members. The welcoming lobby, fitness center, two pools, hot tub, and three distinct hotel wings gave us plenty to enjoy. We loved having Triada as part of the celebration and can't wait to return to Palm Springs.

The staff were lovely, and we enjoyed our upgraded Queen Casita with a full kitchen right across from the pool. We'd stayed here a few years ago, and the remodel has made a big difference.
